LEADERSHIP

Jack Shen
Jack currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Champion Digital Analytics. He is an industry veteran with more than 32 years of HSSE work experience in Oil and Gas.
Prior to joining CDA, Jack worked internationally for British Gas in Trinidad and Tobago, Egypt, and China. He spent 15 years working with BP in Houston, TX and in China where he managed 2 projects totaling $800M. Jack began his career in 1990 at Shell as a safety engineer and held a similar position at Texaco before becoming a Senior Advisor at Unocal.
Jack enjoys identifying problems and applying effective and simple solutions to achieve positive results in HSSE performance as well as for operations. At CDA Jack is applying his knowledge in HSSE management system development, implementation, training, major incident investigation, and auditing to our development roadmap and visualization platforms.

Roger Rapp
Roger is the VP of Research & Development for CDA. Roger is responsible for inspiring new innovations and directing the global application development team.
Roger has several decades of global project experience in engineering, design, procurement, construction and operations across a broad range of industries including mining & metals, chemicals & polymers, and Oil & Gas including upstream and downstream, onshore, offshore and sub-sea. He also served 10 years with two global software companies engaged in the same industrial markets.
His passion has always been to leverage and build technology to make the impossible possible, and simplify complicated work processes. He applies this to automating the process of making digital twins to make them affordable and attainable, along with value-added applications aimed at making plant operations and maintenance safer and more efficient.”
